Hosting, form processing, analytics, security, storage, or infrastructure providers may process limited technical information necessary to operate the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, timestamps, basic server logs, and upload metadata.

No Credit Pull To Start
Avrix Capital does not pull your credit through the Site when you submit the initial funding match form or detailed application. Third-party lenders, funding providers, brokers, or other recipients of your information may have their own underwriting processes, disclosures, consents, credit authorization requirements, and privacy practices.
Opt-Out Requests And Communication Preferences
You may contact us at privacy@avrixcapital.com to request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information going forward. Please include enough information for us to identify your request. Opting out may limit our ability to match you with funding providers or present funding options.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email, if available, or by contacting us. If you receive text messages from us, you may reply STOP to opt out where supported.
Security, Third Parties, And Do Not Track
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no website, email, form submission, upload, or online transmission is completely secure.
Third-party lenders, funders, brokers, marketing partners, and other recipients of your information operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Avrix Capital is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
The Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
